1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of vehicle repair, maintenance, and related services by Mobile Mechanics and Tyres ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

2.1 We provide vehicle repair, maintenance, MOT testing, diagnostic services, and related automotive services as described on our website.

2.2 All work is carried out by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications where applicable.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any work that we deem unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities.

3. Estimates and Pricing

3.1 All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Work will not commence without your authorisation. Any additional work required will be discussed and authorised before proceeding.

3.3 Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

3.4 We reserve the right to charge for diagnostic time if you choose not to proceed with recommended repairs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and any known issues.

4.2 You are responsible for removing personal items from your vehicle before service.

4.3 You must inform us of any outstanding finance agreements or insurance requirements affecting your vehicle.

4.4 Valid identification and proof of ownership may be required before work commences.

5. Our Responsibilities and Warranties

5.1 All work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first (parts and labour).

5.2 We use genuine or approved equivalent parts unless you specifically request otherwise.

5.3 We maintain comprehensive insurance cover including public liability and professional indemnity.

5.4 Any warranty claims must be reported promptly and the vehicle made available for inspection.

6. MOT Testing

6.1 MOT tests are conducted in accordance with DVSA regulations and standards.

6.2 We are not responsible for any consequential costs arising from MOT failure.

6.3 Retests are available free of charge within 10 working days for items we have repaired (conditions apply).

7. Collection and Delivery Service

7.1 Vehicle collection and delivery is provided free within our standard service area.

7.2 You authorise us to drive your vehicle for the purposes of collection, delivery, and testing.

7.3 We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while in our possession.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us directly. We are members of relevant trade associations and follow their dispute resolution procedures.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

13. Changes to Terms
